4.1 Regional Advertising and Analytics

As of September 8, 2026, advertising and Microsoft Clarity scripts are enabled only after our hosting service identifies the request as coming from South Korea. They are not loaded for other or unknown regions, or if the check fails. Public articles remain available worldwide. This regional restriction is not a consent form; wider advertising requires a separately verified consent setup. Basic hosting and first-party service logs can still be processed to operate the site.
